• Contract and Project claims
• Tender and contracts submission
• Invoicing, contracts and tendering of projects
• Prepare contracts and documents
• Valuation of work and payments
• Manage subcontractors
• Contract administration
• Submit quarterly payment report to Managing Director/ Director/ Project Director/ Senior Manager/ Project Manager for review
• Engage in other duties assigned by Managing Director/ Director/ Senior Manager/ Project Manager that is associated with the Company
• Report directly to the Managing Director/ Director on all matters
