• Estimate and manage costs for ACMV systems in construction projects.
• Prepare BQ and tender submissions for ACMV scope.
• Perform quantity take-off based on HVAC drawings and specs.
• Analyze and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs throughout project execution.
• Manage claims, VO submissions, and final accounts for ACMV work.
• Liaise with M&E consultants and site teams for project updates.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and specifications.
