  • Min 6 years in the same industry, with 2 years in the same position.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED16,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and circulation of comparison of Contract Review and Tender.
  • Preparation of tender bid and forwarding to the Sr. EstimatorStudy the Tender specifications, drawings, and BOQ.
  • Prepare the tender information request and forward it to the relevant cells and follow up for obtaining the ncessary information from the respective cells.
  • Prepare th list of subcontractors for the specific tender and get it approved by the Management.
  • Send enquiries to the subcontractors.
  • Taking off the quantities.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and other works related to submission of tender.
  • Corresponding with the Consultant / Authorities regarding the clarifications and discrepancies at the tender stage.
  • Arrange to give copies of tender drawings and relevant specifications to subcontractors.
  • Clarify the queries raised by the subcontractors.
  • Visit the site for the preliminary inspection of the same and prepare tender site visit checklist.
  • Follow up and obtain quotations from subcontractors.
  • Review the quotations for its compliance with the Tender specifications and drawings and prepare the tender subcontractor’s summary report.
  • Arrange for the final tender submission.
  • After award of the contract make preliminary checking of Dubai Municipality approved drawings against Tender Drawings and prepare the Tender contract comparison Report (FM-03004).
