JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the contractual and financial aspects of aluminum and façade projects. The role involves cost planning, budgeting, contract administration, and financial management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with aluminum and façade projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
