QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering , or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on waterproofing projects.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Assist in estimating project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment for waterproofing projects.
• Conduct on-site visits to gather relevant data for accurate quantity take-offs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project cost reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost control and project profitability.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor and track project expenses against budgets.
• Assist in contract administration and claims management.
• Support in the preparation of bills of quantities.
