Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Role Summary: The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing quantities, costs, and financial aspects of the project. This position is essential to ensure accuracy in measurement, billing, and compliance with contractual and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and financial progress statements for all contractors’ contracts within the project. Verify quantities executed on-site and compare them with the approved contractual quantities and design drawings. Prepare periodic financial and technical reports related to the volume of executed work and completion percentages. Review and audit contractor claims and change orders, ensuring consistency with contractual rates and terms. Coordinate with the project team to obtain accurate measurements and relevant data. Document and store approved quantities in an electronic database for easy access and reference. Provide technical support to the contracts team in contractual review and verification processes. Contribute to the development of a quantities and payments monitoring system to standardize procedures and enhance accuracy. Prepare analytical reports identifying variances between estimated and actual quantities, along with operational observations. Participate in benchmarking studies to evaluate service performance against local and international standards. Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in quantity measurement, cost estimation, and billing for engineering or O&M projects. Professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers ( SCE )
