• Preparation and submission of progress claim for Main Contract
• Manage variation orders for Main Contract and Sub-Contract
• Work closely with project team on preparation of variation claim and provide contractual advice on claims
• Preparation of Sub-Contract document and work order
• Evaluate and prepare payment to Sub-Contractors
• Update and report project cost to management
• Liaise with Consultants and Sub-Contractors for cost and contractual matters
• Settlement of final account for Main Contract and Sub-Contract
