Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Knowledge of interim valuations, payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Familiarity with subcontractor payment assessments and contract documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with quantity surveying or estimation software.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
