For company profile, please visit the website :- www.assystemstup.com https://www.assystem.com/en/news/assystem-prepares-to-acquire-lt-infrastructure-engineering/ Job Description • To study & interpret tender documents/drawings to extract most optimized quantities. • BOQs preparation for Highways/Roadwork /Bridges/Railways /Flyover/Elevated as well as Underground Metros etc. by appropriate interpretation of tender documents/contract agreements as an independent estimation expert. • To work and prepare rate analysis for civil engineering items with reviews & inputs of appropriate backups & justifications. • To identify, quantify & compile costing for utility related issues of the assigned projects from available data of contracts/agreements, etc. • We expect value-engineering inputs during preparation of BOQs/Cost Estimates/DPRs/Pre-Bids/Detailed Engineering projects. • Rate Analysis of all items related Bridge work & Road work, which is to be supported with estimation of Project Cost. • Calculating reinforcement steel (Bar Bending Schedules – BBS) • Structural steel as per Detailed Drawings/ component wise bifurcation. Qualifications **Qualifications:** **Essential Education:** Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution. **Essential Experience:** Minimum 3 years of demonstrable, relevant professional experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or related civil engineering disciplines. **Required Expertise:** Candidates must possess a rigorous understanding of tender document interpretation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and rate analysis methodologies. Proficiency in structural steel calculations, reinforcement steel scheduling (Bar Bending Schedules), and cost estimation for major infrastructure projects—including highways, bridges, railways, and underground metro systems—is mandatory. **Professional Requirements:** The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical capability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver precise cost estimates and value-engineering solutions. A systematic approach to project costing and contract interpretation is essential.
