About the role…
We have been awarded a major multi-million-pound design and build framework agreement with Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) as part of NWG’s Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8) £3.6 billion investment programme. As we embark on this exciting 12-year design and build framework, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team.
In this role, you will support the team in carrying out commercial and contractual duties, assist operational teams as needed, and ensure full compliance with Avove’s values. Your focus will be on maximizing the recovery of contractual entitlement, ensuring the success of each project.
This is a full-time permanent role and is a hybrid working position working from home and our office in Durham.
