Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual with 2-3 years’ experience who is ready to progress their APC and step into an intermediate role.
Working in a collaborative team environment, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across retail, residential, mixed-use, and life sciences. With projects ranging in value from £250k to £500m, this role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop quickly without being pigeonholed into one sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a QS role (consultancy background preferred)
  • Working towards APC and motivated to achieve chartership
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard software
  • Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a supportive team
