Job Summary Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Buildings to manage all commercial and contractual aspects of building construction projects. The role ensures budget control, accurate valuations, and risk mitigation from tender award through final account settlement. The successful candidate will collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to support cost management, claims, and contractual compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor project cash flows, cost reports (CVR), and budget forecasts Submit monthly Interim Payment Applications and manage variations and change orders Administer subcontractor contracts, certify payments, and manage final accounts Perform quantity take-offs and re-measurements from drawings/BOQs Assist in preparation of claims, notifications, and tender packages Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering 5+ years experience in building construction; UAE/GCC experience essential Proficient in Candy (CCS), MS Excel, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and standard methods of measurement (POMI/CESMM)
