JOB DESCRIPTION
Cover the roles and responsibilities in pre-sales, post sales, procurement and logistic functions
1) Provide tender support, submit quotation, attend tender interview and follow up sales status closely
2) Study contract documents and highlight clauses which are not favourable to company
3) Prepare project budget and monitor budget versus actual status
4) Prepare material list to initiate sourcing
5) Perform sourcing and get quotation from suppliers and subcons
6) Prepare comparison chart and evaluate offers from suppliers and subcons and make recommendation for approval
7) Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers or subcons and issue purchase order or subcontract work agreement
8) Submit progress claim timely and monitor payment response
9) Prepare, issue and certify all subcons’ claim as per work agreement
10) Responsible for final account closure
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Candidate shall possess a minimum diploma in quantity surveying or engineering related discipline
2) Minimum 3 years’ experience in QS role preferably in general construction or architecture related
3) The candidate shall possess positive and open-minded mindset
4) The candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigne
