Mpeople Recruitment are recruiting for a Quality Surveyor to join a reputable and successful business based in Hyde.
Role: Quality Surveyor
Location: Offices based in Hyde – candidate must have full driving licence to travel to site
Salary: £55,000 DOE
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:00am- 5pm
You will be office based for the majority of your time but you will be expected to visit maintenance sites 30% of the your time.

· Preparing quotations
· Estimating quantities, costs and timescales for materials and labour
· Preparing tender and contract documents
· Assigning work to sub-contractors
· Submitting budget reports
· Ensuring building and health and safety regulations are followed
· Cost analysis
· Liaising with architects
· Estimating
· All administrative support required
