JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or related field
• Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

• Prepare and administer tender documents, doing costing summary and price comparison.
• Prepare contracts and other documentations.
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Effectively negotiate with suppliers the material price and issue purchase order.
• Perform all other QS-related jobs.
