JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in project meetings, prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial documentation as required.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction phase, identifying and addressing deviations.
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Prepare contracts and related documents.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Review tenders and negotiate with contractors/subcontractors
• Ensure contract compliance and manage variations/claims
• Preparation of inquiry letter and query

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 7 years in the UAE or GCC on high-rise/tower construction projects/Substation Projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software/tools is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree – (UAE Foreign Affairs & Embassy Attestation)
• Society Of Engineering Card (Required)
• Equivalency Certificate (Required )
