CJS Recruitment are looking for an Entry- Level Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also - looking for 1 year industry experience in the residential / Extensions sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Estimating or Construction Management
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Strong numerical & analytical skills
• Familiarity with Construction contracts
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Willingness to learn & develop

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for internal building projects
• Learn & assist in contracts administration processes
• Support the director with project management & coordination
• Assist with budgeting, schedules for procurement and cost control
• Work closely with internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency
