This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor who wants to join a successful enterprise. You will have experience of projects up to £6 million predominantly in new build and fit out projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
• Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
