Company Description Job Description We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor Vision Elevators is looking for a QS to take ownership of the commercial side of our construction projects — claims, contracts, certifications, and guarantees across ~80 active sites. What you'll do: • Prepare and submit monthly claims • Manage the full certification chain — PQS, Builder's QS, professional teams • Reconcile payments, track retention, handle contra deductions • Administer existing subcontracts with building contractors (GCC/FIDIC/NEC/JBCC) • Track variation orders, milestones, and contract obligations • Manage APG and Contract Guarantees end-to-end • Track deadlines across a large, fast-moving portfolio What you'll need: • QS qualification (degree or diploma) • 3+ years in construction subcontracting • Strong contract administration experience (JBCC/GCC/FIDIC/NEC) • SAP B1 or similar ERP experience • Strong spreadsheet skills • Ability to juggle 50–80 projects without missing a deadline Nice to have: • Elevator/escalator or specialist subcontractor background • BIFSA documentation experience • Guarantee instrument knowledge (APG/CG) Location: South Africa Reports to: Managing Director Additional Information Reporting to the Managing Director
