Experience:

• Irish Construction: 1 year (required

• Procurement of Subcontract packages and Materials
• Communication and regular reporting to senior management on financial aspects of contracts
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Preparation and submission/negotiation of contract variations
• Manage financial recovery of all entitlements
• Proactive measures for contract resolution / dispute management
