With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.   Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager Location: KONIN   Role description:  * Establishing initial budget costs / plans. * Updating budgets during design development. * Reviewing and costing design solutions. * Cost estimates of variations and change orders. * Preparing monthly progress payments according to works progresses. * Preparation and agreement of final account. * Value engineering. * Working with Clients and General Contractors. Qualifications & Experience: * Strong technical education in construction. * At least 5 years of professional experience in cost management in all contract phases: pre, post as well as final account, on shopping centers, offices and industrials projects. * Good communication in English (verbal and written). * Good overall technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience. * Agile, quickly adapts to changing conditions and requirements (esp. market, Client). * Full time employment engagement on-site (in Konin).
