Abu Alnaga Contracting is seeking a skilled professional who can perform dual responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor and Draftsman for a high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in building construction, particularly in high-rise projects, and be proficient in both quantity take-offs and technical drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, estimation methods, and drafting standards.
• Available in UAE for immediate interview and joining.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Develop and update detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure alignment between site progress and drawings.
• Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor invoices and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations.
