JOIN A RESPECTED BUILDING SUBCONTRACTOR WHERE YOUR DRYLINING EXPERTISE WILL DRIVE COMMERCIAL SUCCESS ACROSS PRESTIGIOUS PROJECTS IN GREATER LONDON.

Location: 4 days site based (South Kensington - Kensington and Chelsea) 1 day office (Redhill)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring commercial success across a portfolio of drylining projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates for a variety of drylining projects
  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reporting
  • Conduct feasibility studies and advise on project viability and cost planning
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation processes
  • Develop and implement effective cost control strategies throughout project life cycles
  • Maintain detailed and accurate project financial records
  • Support and advise on contractual matters, claims, and dispute resolution
