We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveying for an immediate start. A large portion of our works are Public Contracts including both Civil Engineering and Building Works (mostly Residential). Typically contracts are within Laois and the surrounding counties, with some works outside of these areas. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious Quantity Surveyor to advance their careers within an ambitious growing organisation.
The role will cover a wide range of construction activities including Building, Civil Engineering, Maintenance works, Haulage, Waste Facilities, Utilities, and more with a much greater scope of gaining experience that with a typical Large Main Contractor.

• Estimating and Pricing Works
• Preparation of Suitability Assessments & Works Proposals
• Purchasing and Procurement of Materials & Equipment
• Contract Commercial Administration (Valuations, Change Orders, etc.)
• Dealings with Subcontractors
• Final Accounts (Client & Sub-Contractor)
• Preparation of financial reports
• Represent the company Client facing
• Profit & Loss analysis
• Some other tasks not related to QS role
