JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring that financial aspects of construction projects are effectively controlled and monitored. This position requires a strong understanding of cost management principles and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
