We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out industry with a minimum of 2 years relevant UAE experience. As an Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects, ensuring that all estimates are aligned with client requirements and project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market prices.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years relevant UAE experience in estimation within the fit-out industry.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the project management team, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate cost information.
• Prepare and submit detailed, itemized estimates for client approval.
• Review and update estimates as project designs evolve.
• Participate in tender processes, including the preparation of bid documents and proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering options.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
