QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR

Location: Cambridge

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has strong attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in quantity surveying/estimating within the construction industry (carpentry/joinery experience preferred).
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., estimating packages, Excel).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
