KEY SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their cost implications.
Proficiency in costing and estimation software like AutoCAD, Primavera, or CostX.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
Knowledge of FIDIC and other contractual frameworks.
Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
