JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preparation of Project Budget based on drawings.
  • Circulating the BOM, overall budget upon receiving the order
  • Initiating the PR for all materials related to specific Projects
  • Updating Project wise material and labour monitoring sheet on a daily basis
  • Preparation of Budget vs Actual report for all running Projects on a weekly basis.
  • Preparation and submission of Payment Application, follow up until the Payment Certification is received, maintain the tracker of payment application Vs payment certification for all Projects.
