Euro Systems is a leading provider of architectural solutions, specializing in innovative façade, aluminum, and interior systems. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is vital in managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting effective contract administration. The ideal candidate will bring experience in façade and aluminum projects, with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in façade and aluminum industries
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs, estimation, and contract management
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Skilled in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying tools such as PlanSwift or Bluebeam
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per mont

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for façade and aluminum works
• Develop BOQs and tender documents
• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness
• Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting and financial planning
• Administer contracts, handle variations and claims, and ensure compliance
• Support project managers and execution teams with cost control strategies
