We are expanding and seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and take ownership of cost management across our exciting projects.

YOUR ROLE

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial success of our projects. You will manage costs, evaluate variations, and work closely with design, procurement, and site teams to keep projects on track and profitable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flows.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to generate accurate cost estimates for façade works.
• Evaluate supplier quotations , and lead the procurement process.
• Assess and certify progress claims, variations, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cost-efficient design and installation strategies .
• Attend site meetings and track commercial progress against milestones.
• Provide risk assessments, cost reports, and value engineering proposals throughout project lifecycles.
