Quantity Surveyor - Fitout / Civil

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and procurement.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, or similar tools).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per mont

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for interior fit-out projects.
• Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and project specifications to assess project costs and risks.
• Conduct material take-offs (BOQ) and quantity measurements from drawings and specifications.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive prices.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications for clients and subcontractors.
• Assess variations and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Assist in the preparation of contractual claims and dispute resolutions.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain detailed records and reports for auditing and financial tracking.
