REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant UK experience in a consultancy environment
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JCT contracts
  • Project experience across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, mixed-use, and industrial sectors
  • RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Ideally working towards RICS APC and Chartership
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Proficient in cost planning software and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end cost management services across a variety of projects, ensuring effective control of costs and contracts from inception to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
  • Administer and manage JCT contracts
  • Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability
  • Provide support to junior team members and contribute to team development
  • Assist with the preparation for RICS APC where applicable
