• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for aluminium and glass works.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
• Obtain and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotes for materials and installation.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for façade systems.
• Monitor budgets and track project expenditures.
• Assist in sourcing aluminium profiles, glass panels, accessories (gaskets, sealants, fasteners, etc.).
• Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review contracts and ensure commercial terms are followed.
• Prepare subcontractor agreements specific to façade works.
• Measure work done (on-site or off drawings) to process interim valuations.
• Submit progress claims and variations to the main contractor/client.
• Identify and price variations in design, materials, or execution.
• Justify changes with cost build-up and documentation.
• Prepare and agree on the final account with clients/subcontractors.
