Role Overview
As our QS, you’ll manage estimating, pricing, variations, and tenders — directly influencing margins and business growth. Ambitious candidates will have a clear path to Commercial Manager, helping shape strategy and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Price and tender projects, including SOR & NHF frameworks.
  • Manage variations and valuations to protect margins.
  • Monitor project costs and profitability.
  • Collaborate with directors on commercial strategy and growth.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • QS experience in social housing and private developments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in pricing projects and preparing tenders.
  • Ambition to grow into a Commercial Manager role.
