Location: Galway

We’re working with a leading main contractor who is expanding due to a strong pipeline of commercial and healthcare projects in Galway. They’re seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost control across ongoing builds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and commercial success.
This role will involve preparing valuations and contract documentation, managing change control, liaising with clients and design teams, analysing subcontractor packages, and overseeing payments and CVRs. It’s an ideal opportunity for an ambitious QS looking to work with a respected contractor and take ownership of key project elements from start to finish.
