● 3+ years of pre-contracts / estimation experience within the UAE/GCC construction industry. ● Proficiency in take-offs, BOQ preparation and detailed cost analysis. ● Strong knowledge of tendering processes and subcontractor bid comparisons. ● Experience working with major contractors on large-scale building projects. ● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
