Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong interest in the commercial aspects of construction. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Commercial Strategies: Manage subcontract packages and collaborate with senior team members to deliver effective internal and external tender strategies.
  • Project Cashflow Management: Maximise project cashflow through proactive subcontract management.
  • Support Procurement Activities: Oversee procurement strategies, including tender inquiries, package reconciliations, and subcontract order production.
  • Contract Reporting: Deliver accurate pre- and post-contract reporting, while maintaining close collaboration with clients and industry partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contract management.
  • Ability to take ownership of packages and drive effective financial and operational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on large-scale or technically complex projects.
  • Familiarity with both pre- and post-contract processes.
