**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre) **Job Summary:** - Site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects. - Focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration in a fast-paced site environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations. - Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts. - Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress. - Support procurement and subcontractor pricing. - Verify site measurements and work completion. - Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors. **Requirements:** - Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. - 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably site-based. - Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. - Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site. **Location / Headcount:** - 1 x Quantity Surveyor (Penang) - 1 x Quantity Surveyor (Johor Bahru) - 1 x Quantity Surveyor (Kuala Lumpur)
