JASARA PMC is seeking a meticulous and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will help ensure that projects remain within budget and are completed on time, contributing to JASARA PMC's commitment to excellence in project management. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates and project budgets. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects. Evaluate and assess contractor bids and proposals. Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budgets. Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management and project teams. Administer contracts and manage change order processes. Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 12 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Microsoft Excel and project management tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with construction regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
