We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out contracting and/or interior design industry in Dubai, with a strong emphasis on timeline adherence and efficiency and calculation accuracy.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fit-out contracting or interior design industry in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or other relevant contract forms.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Proficiency in estimating, cost planning, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
