• Measuring of Quantity taking from drawings.
• Sourcing for quotations for sub-contracts.
• Drafting/Preparing sub-contracts letter of awards letters, sub-contracts agreement.
• Submission of main contract VO & claims etc.
• Preparation for making claims, and sub-contract accounts administration.
• Interviews of subcontractors and preparation of subcontractors’ claims.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of related working experience. Those with more than 10 years of QS experience will be considered for Senior QS position.
• Civil Engineering/Construction knowledge is preferred.
