Quantity Surveyor – Nuclear Project's Based in Chipping Sodbury Hybrid Salary £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + Company Car We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of the Nuclear Project's, one of the UK’s most critical infrastructure programmes. Based in Chipping Sodbury, you’ll work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Head of Nuclear to manage material supply contracts and ensure robust financial performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading Quantity Surveying functions across allocated contracts Administering NEC contracts, valuations, and compensation events Managing cost, revenue, and cash collection throughout the project lifecycle Supporting procurement and subcontractor engagement Producing commercial reports and forecasts for senior stakeholders Ensuring compliance with contract terms and company procedures Site visits for audits, meetings, and training as required What You’ll Bring: Strong experience in NEC contract administration Commercial awareness and financial reporting skills Ability to work independently and proactively Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Willingness to travel to project sites This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant nuclear programme while enjoying the benefits of a competitive salary and a company car.
