Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 8 years (Required

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial appraisals for new developments.
• Participate in feasibility studies and assist in land acquisition cost assessments.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure cost-effective design solutions.
• Lead the preparation of tender documents and manage the procurement process.
• Evaluate contractor bids and support contract negotiations.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and update forecasts accordingly.
• Approve interim valuations and progress payments to contractors.
• Manage and assess variations and change orders, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
• Conduct risk analysis and implement cost mitigation strategies.
• Liaise regularly with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Negotiate and agree on final accounts with contractors and suppliers.
• Provide post-project cost analysis to inform future developments.
• Support asset management teams with lifecycle costing and O&M budgeting.
