Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at LT SAMBO CO., LTD.’ in the West Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Tender Manager in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract works.
  • Read and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to extract key requirements.
  • Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and technical clarifications.
  • Perform quantity take-off, measurement, and cost analysis for accurate pricing.
  • Support preparation of bid documents, costing summaries, and submission materials.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on tender-related matters.
  • Provide general support in contract administration and other assignments as directed.
