✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Preferably minimum 2 years of QS experience in M&E / C&S work.
• Familiar with BQ, tender documentation, and contract terms
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
