QUANTITY SURVEYOR / DRAFTSMAN / PROJECT COORDINATOR

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm | Alternate Saturdays (Half Day)
Location: Near Ubi / Paya Lebar / MacPherson MRT Station

REQUIREMENTS:

• National ITE Certificate or Above
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills
• Team player with initiative and ability to work independently
• Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings is a must
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Familiarity with ironmongery, bicycle racks & timber wood is a bonus
• Must lead by example and maintain a professional attitude

• Prepare tenders and quotation submissions
• Generate Bill of Quantities
• Conduct quantity take-offs, site measurements & cost analysis as needed
• Prepare 2D/3D architectural & structural drawings (BIM knowledge is a plus)
• Coordinate with main-contractors & clients
• Manage project scheduling
• Prepare monthly progress claims & payment responses based on SOP Act
• Submit work completion reports for client’s acknowledgment when jobs are done
• Attend site and main-contractors meeting as required
• Provide hands-on support when needed
• Assist with ad-hoc project tasks as required
