JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Min 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the electrical construction, M/E services or any structured cabling industry or similar
• Proven track record in project cost management and tender preparation would be advantageous

• Prepare tender costings, bills of quantities, and material/labour estimates from tender documents and drawings.
• Evaluate and negotiate tenders with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Work with the project team to meet client requirements efficiently.
• Control and monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Perform monthly valuations of work in progress and forecast final costs.
• Vet sub-contractor tenders/contracts and certify monthly valuations.
• Manage all commercial project data, including cost forecasting for labour, materials, and sub-contractors, ensuring budget compliance.Provide required information to Managers and Directors for periodic reviews.
