QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M&E) – ENGINEERING PROJECTS

• Location: Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore (Work Islandwide)
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month (depending on experience)
• Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:45 PM
• Industry: Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Projects
• Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in industrial, commercial, or data-centre projects
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical works
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Manage project costs, tendering, contract administration, and value engineering for high-tech factory, commercial, and data-centre projects, ensuring delivery within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for MEP works
• Develop/manage project budgets and monitor cost variations
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluate bids, and administer contracts
• Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
• Generate cost reports and provide analysis
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulations and MEP standards
