Roles and Responsibilities · Supervise and guide the quantity surveying team. · Ensure timely and accurate delivery of QS outputs. · Prepare and review cost estimates for variation orders. · Coordinate with engineering and project teams to validate scope changes. · Ensure proper documentation and submission to clients. · Prepare and review client invoices in line with contract terms and project progress. · Review and certify subcontractor payment applications. · Ensure timely submission and follow-up on approvals and payments. Professional Experience Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, AIQS) is preferred. Minimum 13-16 years, with 8–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Technical Skills Required · Strong understanding of construction contracts and invoicing procedures. · Proficiency in QS and cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Excel). · Strong analytical and estimation skills. · Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. · Collaborative mindset with leaders
